o Open Prairie Ventures Discloses Recent Company Sale

New York(VENTUREWIRE) -- Open Prairie Ventures has named the portfolio company it recently sold: medical device company MedVenture Technology. VentureWire reported last week that Open Prairie had sold one of the few remaining companies from its first fund, but the firm has not named the company until now. Open Prairie did not disclose the name of the buyer or the amount of the deal, but it described the exit as "profitable."
